SHIPPING TERMS & RETURN POLICY


When do we process and do you receive your order?

When Aerové has received your order and payment, we will start processing your order. Your order will then be prepared and shipped to you.

If possible, we prefer to do this with a track & trace code. This allows you to track your order and find the expected delivery time.
We strive to process and ship orders placed before 5 p.m. on the same (working) day. We will then inform you about this.

On weekends, on (inter)national holidays, due to many orders and in the event of unforeseen setbacks or delays, your order may be processed a little later.

We always strive to process your order as carefully and quickly as possible, so that you can receive your order quickly and in good order.

Return:

If you still want to return your purchase and you have not yet used the product, you can return it to us within 14 days of receipt (only in the undamaged original packaging). You can make your return known to us by sending a message to our email address: [email protected]

If you return the product to us in good order and completely unused and undamaged within 14 days after your return registration and we have received this product in good order and condition, we will immediately credit you the full order amount, excluding shipping costs and transaction costs. .

Please note that the costs for returning from your home to Aerové are at your own expense.

Please note: Perishable goods, products with a limited shelf life, products that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and/or whose seal has been broken after delivery cannot be returned. This includes consumer products such as: atomizers, vapes, e-cigarettes or disposable devices.

Our products are made for you with the utmost care.

If one of these purchased products has a proven (manufacturing) error or defect, you can contact Aerové by sending an email to [email protected].

Mention clearly the error or defect. We will do our best to help you to your satisfaction.

Possible (return) shipping costs are always on the customer’s account, unless agreed otherwise with Aerové. You may also use the withdrawal form on our site.

Withdrawal form

The seller who sells products to consumers via a webshop is obliged to send the consumer the European Model Form for the right of withdrawal established by the legislator. With the Model form for the right of withdrawal, the consumer can dissolve the purchase agreement that has been concluded via the webshop. The consumer is not obliged to use the model form. For example, he can also inform the seller by e-mail or via the website that he wishes to dissolve the purchase agreement.
